About me
Hi, I’m Brigitte!
I'm here to support your movement journey.
After over 21 years of supporting clients through movement I developed Rooted Perinatal Wellness. This online hub is a place where clients & professionals can learn, explore, & connect deeply through movement.
My Background
I have always been fascinated
by the human body.
Brigitte Arlé, C-IAYT, NCPT, ERYT 500, RPYT, YACEP, CEIM, CLC is a yoga therapist that has been practicing yoga since childhood. She was first introduced to classical Pilates mat in 1995 as a young dancer.
