About me

Hi, I’m Brigitte!

I'm here to support your movement journey.

After over a decade of supporting clients through their pregnancy, labor, birth, lactation & the postpartum year, I decided to create this virtual space as a home for Rooted workshops & teacher trainings.

My Background

I have always been fascinated by the human body.

Brigitte Arlé, C-IAYT, NCPT, ERYT 500, RPYT, YACEP, CEIM, CLC has been practicing yoga since childhood and was first introduced to classical Pilates mat in 1995 as a young dancer.
